Review of Existing Project Data 



Three DK Enterprises, LLC will review existing documents including:

  • Site Plans
  • Environmental Reports / Phase I / Phase II
  • Asbestos Surveys
  • Structural and Foundation Drawings
  • Utility Plans
  • Historical Documents
  • Asset List / Equipment Inventory
  • Other Documents as May be Applicable
Initial Recommendations

Based upon my initial review I can assist clients with filling any gaps in information.  For example if they do not have a required asbestos containing materials survey then I can help them obtain a subcontractor who can perform these services.  I have an extensive relationship with other subcontractors and professionals that can help provide any necessary initial information.


Demolition Estimate

Taking all existing and new information into consideration I will develop an estimate / budget for a client that encompasses the following:

  • Demolition Costs (Demolition, Concrete Crushing, Backfilling, Grading, etc.)
  • Environmental Costs (Asbestos Abatement, Hazardous Materials Removal, Decontamination)
  • Scrap Metal Valuation (Assess the Credit to be Obtained From the Sale of Scrap Metals)
  • Used Equipment/ Salvage Valuation (Determine Value of Equipment and Materials)
  • Permitting Costs
All of these items are broken down in the final budget / estimate report.  I personally walk the client through the report and address any concerns or questions the client may bring up during this review.
